Marjolein Kruijt received her teachers degree in Arts in Amsterdam and her degree as fine artist at the Royal Art Academy in The Hague. Marjolein is specialised in nature- and wildlife art and works as a full time artist in her studio in Amersfoort. Recently the third print of her Dutch book on animal painting ‘Dieren tekenen en schilderen’ has been published. Marjoleins's art is published in various (inter)national art-magazines, like the ‘International Artist’. Over thirteen years she wrote instructional articles on drawing and painting techniques for a well known dutch art-magazine. After various dutch television appearances, on painting pet portraits in commission, the demand for Marjoleins work is great. Her work can also be found in collections in Oman, England, France, USA, Australia and Sweden. Each year an art diary is available in Dutch and Belgium bookstores and online filled with new wildlife art by Marjolein Kruijt.
